JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW
The Human Resource/Office Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department and office. A successful HR/Office Assistant models professional and ethical behavior and upholds company policies. Assists the HR Manager in onboarding and orienting employees. Assists in timekeeping and payroll processing functions. This is a seasonal position working approximately mid/late May - August. Due to the seasonal nature of our industry, the HR Assistant works approximately 12 hours per day, seven days per week during peak production seasons approximately. This position is hourly and reports to the HR Manager.

Payroll Information
Pay periods are biweekly. Our workday is defined as the calendar day, and our work week runs from Monday through Sunday. Employees are paid on the Friday following the end of the biweekly pay period. We encourage employees to sign up for direct deposit but you may elect to receive paper checks instead.
